How far ahead do I need to book?
2–3 days is ideal, but we take same-day and next-day bookings when we have availability. Earlier is always better for weekends and end-of-month dates.
Are my belongings insured during the move?
Yes. Every move is covered by transit insurance from the moment we load to the moment everything's in your new place. You're fully protected.
Can you help with packing too?
Absolutely. If you'd rather not spend the night before wrapping everything in newspaper, we can help with packing on the day or in advance. Just mention it when booking.
Do you cover moves outside London?
Yes. We carry out moves across the UK. Brighton, Manchester, wherever, just ask and we'll quote based on distance and scope.
Why not just hire a self-drive van?
You'd be loading it yourself, driving unfamiliar through London traffic, dealing with ULEZ charges and parking restrictions, then unloading it all. Most people find a man and van isn't much more, and it's considerably less exhausting.
