Terms and Conditions

  1. Waiting Time – The customer is entitled to 15 minutes of free waiting time at both the collection and delivery locations. Any waiting time exceeding the free allowance will be charged at £18.25 per half hour or part thereof.

  2. Collection and Delivery Confirmation – The customer or an authorised representative must sign to confirm that all items are collected. A further signature is required to confirm that all items are delivered.

  3. Access Restrictions – Services are strictly limited to ground-floor access only. The driver is not permitted to carry or move any items up or down stairs. Any items requiring stair access must be discussed before confirming the booking.

  4. Item Readiness – All items must be fully packed, secured, and ready for collection at the agreed time.

  5. Parking Arrangements – The customer must make parking arrangements available. Any penalty charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

  6. Congestion Zone Charges – Collections and deliveries within the congestion zone will incur a £15 charge, payable to the driver at either collection or delivery.
